Software Metronome for Windows: DMetro 2.0

This program represents a digital software metronome. It is intended for the musicians and amateurs alike. DMetro consumes very little system resources and has a high precision of measurement. For example, when DMetro was tested for 500 ticks at 120bpm the precision was ideal with 0.0008% inaccuracy of measurement at the most. Besides that, DMetro is designed to work in background mode with other programs running, which makes it incredibly difficult to loose tempo. How to use software metronome? Just use your mouse to dial up the number of beats-per-minutes, decide whether you want 3/4 or 4/4 time, and click on the PLAY switch. You then start hearing perfectly measured out beeps to keep time by. Left-click on BPM dial up pad has changes BPM by one unit, while right-click has changed BPM by ten units.
